Company must have at least 3 directors, unless the number of shareholders is less than 3. Then the minimum number of shareholders must be equal to number of Directors. No requirements for age, but at least one member of the board of directors must be resident of the State of Hawaii. It is required to list Directors and Officers in the Articles of Incorporation. |
