Company must have at least one Director, who can hold all officers position. No requirements for age or residence. It is not required to list Directors and Officers in the Articles of Incorporation. |

A report must be filed with the Secretary of State every two years. The first report must be delivered to the Secretary of State between January 1 and April 1 of the year following the calendar year after the incorporation. The fee for filing the report is $30. |
