| Information about Directors and Officers |
Company must have at least three Directors. If the corporation has fewer than three shareholders, number of directors may be equal to or greater than number of shareholders. One person cannot hold offices of President and Secretary. 18 years of age or older and no residence requirements. It is not required to list Directors and Officers in the Articles of Incorporation. |
