| Information about Directors and Officers |
Company must have at least one Director. Required minimum of age is 18. No requirements for residence. One director can hold all officer positions. It is not required to list Directors and Officers in the Articles of Incorporation. |

The annual report must be filed within two months of receiving the annual report notice from Secretary of State. New Corporations must file first report in 2nd year succeeding calendar year after filing date. The cost is $10 for domestic Corporations if e-filed. Paper filing fees are $25 for domestic entities and $100 for foreign entities for two years. |
