The
intentional dissolution of a corporation by its own shareholders,
incorporators or initial directors.
Voting Right
The right of a
common stock shareholder to vote, in person or by proxy, for members of the
board of directors and other matters of corporate policy, such as the issuance
of senior securities, stock splits and substantial changes in operations.
