3 Tennessee - This is the minimum filing fee. If more than 6 members, the State of Tennessee will charge an additional $50.00 per member. Please contact us for further information.
4 Wyoming - This fee depends upon the contribution to be made before filing. If the contribution is $50,000.00 or less, the minimum filing fee will apply. Please contact us for further information.
